Our new Cikoria cycle jersey takes inspiration from the common wildflower Chicory. It's a small but strikingly beautiful flower with a distinct blue colour and has many, many alternative names. Among the more outlandish of them are 'coffeeweed', 'ragged sailor' and 'wild bachelor's buttons'! It's perhaps best known for its root which, when roasted and ground, can be used as a kind of coffee substitute.
